Step One-Introduction

We take the time to learn about your organization-your history, management, atmosphere, practices, and goals. We discuss your needs and provide detailed information about how we can work together to improve you situation.

Step Two-Job Requisition

Outstanding, quality candidates are provided in a timely fashion. Our Job Requisition contains the position description with prerequisites, performance expectations, and measures of success. The Job Requisitions are used to identify qualified candidates from both inside and outside our current pool.

Step Three-Search

You are assigned an Account Executive who manages your specific searches and presents you with weekly status reports. This involves examining leads that we have received through advertising and referrals from our network of industry contacts, partners, and research alliances, developed over the last 25 years.

Step Four-Evaluation

We carefully screen potential candidates. Our process includes reference checks, confirmation of licensure, and verifiable checks. The candidates are thoroughly interviewed and assessed on their qualifications, compatibility, and desire for the position.

Step Five-Verification

Once you have decided on a candidate, we complete in-depth reference checks before making an offer. It then remains your responsibility to conduct your own reference checks, background checks, and degree verification upon which to base a final hiring decision.

Step Six-Alignment and Presentation

With a complete, detailed profile of both your needs and the candidates best suited for a successful match, Solvere can identify the ideal candidates for your position and present them to you with detailed individual evaluations.

Step Seven-Interviews

We remain closely involved in the interview process by following your interest in pursuing a candidate further, coordinating both phone and face-to-face interviews, and requiring reviews of the meetings from both the candidate and you to assess potential for progress.

Step Eight-Offer

To keep expectations and desired outcomes in alignment, candidates are presented with the most accurate information in the early stages-base salary, bonuses, commissions, benefits, equity, and relocation. In doing this, Solvere helps both parties reach an agreement through honest, timely, and realistic discussions.

Step Nine-Transition

Throughout the hiring process, we provide all necessary assistance and follow-through. We continue communication with both you and the candidate to help ensure a smooth hiring process.

Step Ten-Guarantee

At Solvere, we take great pride in our expertise. To ensure that expectations are being met by both you and your new employee, we stay in constant contact. We require that a candidate stay with a client for a pre-determined, minimum length of time. In the rare occasion that this minimum length of time cannot be met, another search is conducted at no additional charge.
